Satellite Tracking
All Perennial Freight vehicles are fitted with the Eurotrak satellite tracking system, which through the use of a constellation of satellites and GPS can immediately pin point a vehicle to within metres of its location anywhere in Europe. We monitor our fleet 24 hours a day 52 weeks of the year through a telematics web based system, which can also be remotely accessed by our staff and clients.
Through our use of Eurotrak and the constant upgrading of the system we are able to give real time information to our clients. This allows Perennial Freight and our clients to improve service and cost efficiencies while giving us both a competitive advantage in the market place.
Transport Management Software
Each of our operators has access to our state of the art Logistics management system. This bullet-proof IT system known as 'MoveIT', collects, poccess and stores information about every single job that goes through Perennial Freight. This means that our operators have instant access to whatever information required. Each job is efficently proccesed and tracked from the initial booking of the job right through to completion and invoicing. All this information is stored forever, and can be retrieved by the click of a mouse.
Document Management
Each time Perennial Freight collects or deliveries a load for you we will get a POD. We understand the importance of a POD to a client and the unnecessary problems that can result in the loss of this vital piece of paper.
We use the Paper Track Pro system which was specially designed for us to ensure the safe archiving and retrieval of all documents, no matter how long ago it was. We can email any POD you want within minutes or why not just download it your self from our web site.
